The Madox White Aniseed-Scented Bird Cage Sand – 2 kg is designed for lining and maintaining the floors of ornamental bird cages, aviaries and pigeon lofts.

Its composition combines washed and dried sand, fine crushed shells and aniseed flavouring, providing a granular mineral covering that is easy to spread and replace during routine cleaning.

White Sand for Bird Cages and Aviaries

Madox White Aniseed-Scented Sand is intended for use on the floors of cages and other bird enclosures suitable for sand bedding.

Its 0–2 mm particle size allows the sand to be spread evenly across the surface.

The mineral covering makes it easier to remove droppings and soiled areas during routine maintenance.

A Blend of Sand and Fine Crushed Shells

Madox White Aniseed-Scented Sand contains:

• Washed and dried sand: the main component of the cage-floor covering.

This refers to fragrance retention during storage and does not indicate how long the scent will remain noticeable once the sand has been spread inside a cage.
