White Sand for Bird Cages and Aviaries

Madox White Aniseed-Scented Sand provides a practical covering for the floors of cages and other bird enclosures suitable for sand bedding.

Its fine 0–2 mm particle size allows the sand to be distributed evenly across the surface.

The sand can be renewed during routine cleaning to help maintain a clean environment for birds.

A Blend of Sand and Fine Shell Particles

The formulation combines:

• Washed and dried sand: the main component of the cage-floor covering.

• Fine dried shell particles: contributing to the product's mineral texture.

• Aniseed flavouring: providing its characteristic fragrance.

The product contains granules in shades of white, yellow and brown.

A Distinctive Aniseed Fragrance

When stored in suitable conditions, the product is designed to retain its aniseed fragrance for up to 24 months.

This storage period does not indicate how long the scent will last once the sand has been spread inside a cage.
